Service Overview
ZZinLink provides the following features.
- • URL (link) safety scanning
- • Detection of phishing, malware, and scam sites
- • Verification of shortened URL destinations
- • Display of scan results (Safe / Caution / Danger)
Eligibility
The Service is available to anyone without registration.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and all in-service notices, and may not engage in the following.
- • Automated bulk requests (bots, scrapers, etc.)
- • Disruption of service systems or reverse engineering
- • Attempts to circumvent usage restrictions
- • Repeated URL testing for malicious purposes (e.g., to evade detection)
- • Illegal activities using the Service
Service Restrictions
We may restrict access without prior notice in the following cases.
- • Confirmed violation of these Terms
- • Actions that disrupt service operations
- • Violations of law or involvement in criminal activity

Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service and its components (software, design, logo, etc.) belong to the service provider. Users may access and use the Service for personal purposes only.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Scan results are for reference only. A "Safe" result does not guarantee absolute safety of a site, and new or undetected threats may exist. Users are ultimately responsible for their own judgments.
We are not liable for damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, third-party service outages, or network issues.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated due to changes in law or service policy.
We will notify users through the Service at least 7 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Jurisdiction: Disputes related to the Service shall be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
